Solemn briefing

Annually, on the second Sunday of May, a significant state holiday is celebrated – the Day of the State Flag, the State Emblem, and the State Anthem of the Republic of Belarus.

This holiday symbolizes the unity and strength of the people, devotion to the Motherland, and pride in its rich and glorious history. The flag, emblem, and anthem are the most important attributes of state sovereignty. They unite us into one big family, inspire us to serve the Fatherland, and remind us that the greatness of the country begins with the love of each of us for our common home. State symbols are a living thread connecting our past, present, and future.

As part of the celebration of the Day of the State Flag, the State Emblem, and the State Anthem of the Republic of Belarus, on May 10, a solemn briefing was held for the duty officers in the city square, at a place significant for all citizens of Verkhnedvinsk.
