PROCEDURE FOR CONSIDERATION OF CITIZENS' APPEALS, INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEURS, AND LEGAL ENTITIES

Procedure for considering appeals of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, their representatives, and representatives of legal entities to the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee

Appeals of citizens and legal entities (written, oral, and electronic) are considered by the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee in accordance with:

  • The Constitution of the Republic of Belarus;
  • The Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2011 No. 300-3 "On Citizens' and Legal Entities' Appeals";
  • The Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of October 15, 2007 No. 498 "On Additional Measures for Working with Citizens' and Legal Entities' Appeals";
  • The Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2006 No. 2 "On Debureaucratization of the State Apparatus and Improving the Quality of Ensuring the Population's Livelihood".

Record-keeping for appeals is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the Procedure for Record-Keeping for Citizens' and Legal Entities' Appeals, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2025 No. 635
