Open Day

On September 21, 2024, an Open Day was held at the administrative building of the Verkhnedvinsk Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Protection for students of grades 9-11 of the state educational institution "Secondary School No. 2 of Verkhnedvinsk named after Hero of the Soviet Union N.V. Troyan," who are asking themselves the question: "Who do I want to be?".

The students were met by the acting head of the department, Senior Police Lieutenant Mazheyko Svetlana Viktorovna, who informed them about the admission rules for educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and about recruitment into the internal affairs bodies. A video film about the department's work was shown.

The students were also shown the special equipment used by officers on duty.

The importance of reflective elements at night and the observance of traffic rules were discussed.

All the boys and girls were active, asking questions about service, to which they received comprehensive answers. In the end, the students were satisfied, and we hope that we have helped them, even if only a little, to approach the solution of the most important task – to chart a path into the future.
