Water safety under strict control: rescuers of Verkhnedvinsk region conduct raids on water bodies.
Summer is a long-awaited time that brings warmth and the opportunity to relax by the water. However, along with joy, summer bodies of water also carry potential dangers. To ensure a safe swimming season, employees of the Verkhnedvinsk District Department of Emergency Situations conduct preventive raids at water recreation areas to remind people about the rules of safe behavior during the summer period and to prevent possible incidents.
Rescuers pay special attention to places where families with children relax, as well as to areas not equipped for swimming. During the raids, employees of the District Department of Emergency Situations hold explanatory conversations with citizens, explain how to avoid tragedies on the water, draw attention to the inadmissibility of swimming in prohibited areas, drinking alcoholic beverages near water bodies, and leaving children unattended.
As rescuers note, it is precisely on hot summer days that the number of people relaxing by the water increases, and with it, the risk of accidents also increases. Therefore, prevention is especially important during this period. Vacationers are also given leaflets and reminded of the basic rules: do not swim too far, do not dive in unfamiliar places, do not overestimate your abilities, and especially watch children.
Preventive raids on water bodies in the Verkhnedvinsk district will continue throughout the entire summer period.
