Verkhnedvinsk. Summer with safety!
The long-awaited summer holidays have arrived for girls and boys. Children want to gain colorful, vivid, and memorable experiences from the summer season. As part of the republican campaign "Safe Holidays," employees of the Verkhnedvinsk District Department for Emergency Situations did not miss the opportunity to remind about safety and visited the children at the "Patriot" school camp based at the educational institution "Pridvinsko-Borovskaya Secondary School of Verkhnedvinsk District."
To make the event not only useful but also interesting, rescuers offered the children to review vital rules in a playful manner. By solving situational tasks, the boys and girls reviewed the action algorithms in case of emergencies, and the rescue service numbers 101 and 112. They recalled what can be used to extinguish a fire and how to act in various situations.
One of the key topics of the lesson was safety on water bodies. Rescuers reminded students that playing near water bodies is strictly forbidden, swimming is allowed only in designated swimming areas and accompanied by parents. They also told the children what to do if they witness an incident on a water body.
"Never play with fire," urged the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees. They emphasized the importance of choosing safe games and warned about the risks associated with playing near water bodies.
