Toddlers' rest with a touch of 'safety'
The Verkhnedvinsk District Department for Emergency Situations demonstrated its creative abilities by creating and installing a unique art object "Lantern".
The art object was created with the aim of attracting the attention of children and adults to issues of safety and assistance in emergency situations.
