In the Verkhnedvinsk district, the republican campaign of the Ministry of Emergency Situations "Safety in Every Home" has been launched.

At a meeting of the public law and order point under the Bigosovo rural executive committee of the Verkhnedvinsk district, rescuers met with residents of the agro-town.

The representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations familiarized those present with fire statistics since the beginning of the year, and then the conversation continued with the interactive game "Secret of Safety", where the main causes of fires were discussed.

– It is no secret that one of the most common causes of fires is careless handling of fire while smoking, – noted Kristina Domasevich, inspector of the propaganda and public relations sector.

To ensure fire safety in housing, rescuers reminded citizens about the rules for using electrical appliances, stove heating, and not leaving food unattended on the stove. The representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations also reminded those present of the importance of installing autonomous fire alarms in residential rooms.

For clarity, life safety brochures were distributed.
