Поведение у воды: правила для безопасного отдыха!

Behavior near water: rules for a safe vacation!

With the onset of stable summer weather, adults and children strive to spend as much time as possible relaxing by reservoirs. To ensure that your recreation is not overshadowed, you should remember and observe simple rules of safe behavior.

Swimming should only take place in specially equipped areas – river and lake beaches.

During recreation by the water, it is strictly forbidden to:

– swim beyond buoys, fences, and warning signs;

– jump into the water from dams, piers, boats, or vessels;

– swim and dive in places where the bottom is unknown to you;

– climb onto buoys and other technical structures;

– give false distress signals;

– swim on boats and catamarans without life-saving equipment;

– swim while intoxicated.

If you experience a cramp while swimming, you should immediately get out of the water. If this is not possible, you need to change your swimming style – swim on your back and, if possible, call for help.

Adults who come to relax with children should constantly monitor their child's presence in close proximity to them – within arm's reach.

By observing these simple rules of conduct, you will ensure a peaceful, and most importantly, safe recreation. And remember, the rescue service is available 24/7 at phone numbers 101 and 112.
