Rescuers continue to urge residents of Verkhnedvinsk to say goodbye to a harmful habit.
Employees of the Verkhnedvinsk District Department for Emergency Situations visited the state educational institution "Verkhnedvinsk Gymnasium named after I.A. Makeenko". The meeting with the tenth grade was held in an intellectual and game format called "NOsmoking". The students gladly answered intellectual questions and listened with great interest to the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. In addition, they learned what the first actions should be in emergency situations and recalled the numbers of the rescue service.
Passengers at the "Verkhnyadzvinsk" railway station were not left without attention. On the platform, passengers were met by members of the public organization of rescuers - firefighters with their assistants - the hare "Krokha" and the dog "Tyav". Together with an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, they talked about what an unextinguished cigarette or smoking in prohibited places, such as a bed, balcony, or sofa, could lead to. Passengers were offered to exchange a cigarette for a candy.
At the end of the event, each participant had positive emotions and received printed leaflets.
