However, grandmothers and grandfathers, mothers and fathers, older brothers and sisters can teach them how to act correctly in an emergency, and it is necessary to instill safety habits in a child from the earliest years. It is best to do this through play. In an unobtrusive way, tell the little ones that if a fire occurs, they should under no circumstances hide, but must leave the smoky room and inform adults. Children should know that matches, stoves, and electrical outlets can cause fires, and playing with them is forbidden. They should know that playing in water, diving, and swimming across bodies of water can end in tragedy. And playing on construction sites, abandoned buildings, and in quarries can play a cruel trick on any child.

It remains to remind adults once again that in matters of ensuring children's safety, one should not make mistakes – silently thinking that this will not affect me. Remember that a child develops a culture of safe behavior from childhood and for life. And much here depends on the example of the adult themselves: their behavior, adherence to safety rules, support, and protection. Parents, adults – protect your children!
