ROCHS invites for service
As of today, 15 fires have occurred in the Verkhnedvinsk district. Of these, 7 were due to careless handling of fire, 3 were due to violations of the rules for the installation or operation of heating stoves, and 5 were due to violations of the rules for the installation or operation of electrical equipment and appliances. We observe that fires due to citizens' negligent attitude towards their own safety are predominant.
For each case of ignition, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) units, comprising brave, responsible, and selfless rescuer-firefighters, are dispatched.
