Verkhnedvinsk. With care for children
Employees of the Verkhnedvinsk department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations visited children from the Shaiterovo, Antonovo, and Leonisheno kindergartens. The republican campaign of the Ministry of Emergency Situations continues to attract new participants. Rescuers focused on children aged 3 to 7 years.
Once again, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations prepared educational games and contests for the children. With their help, the children not only recalled the algorithm of actions in a dangerous situation, such as a fire, but also tested their abilities in firefighting. Boys and girls, trying on firefighters' combat gear, simulated calling rescuers at 112 and helped miniature fire trucks quickly arrive at the scene of the fire.
– Matches are not a toy for children. Everyone has heard this phrase more than once. It is important not only to know this, but also to understand "why?", – Kristina Domasevich, an inspector of the district department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, addressed the children: – Fire is dangerous. Only adults can use it, because in case of a dangerous situation, and unlike small children, they will be able to quickly and correctly extinguish a developing fire.
The children actively engaged in the game "Dangerous and Safe Games." It is gratifying that at such an age they already understand well that fire can cause harm and it is better for little ones not to mess with it.
Looking at the emergency numbers, the children recalled which services they belong to and why they are called. The whole group played out situations where one of the children discovered a fire in the kindergarten. The work of the teaching staff was clearly visible here. After all, immediately after being informed about the location of the fire, they quickly gathered all the children and, in a single file, covering their mouths and noses with T-shirts, left the scene of the fire.
At the end of the meetings, the rescuers thanked the participants of the campaign for their active participation and desire for safety knowledge, and also presented small gifts in the form of stickers, bookmarks, and thematic brochures of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
