Verkhnedvinsk. The best of the best have been identified

The best young rescuer-firefighter clubs have been identified in the Verkhnedvinsk district based on the results of the district rally.

Friday morning began with excitement for the schoolchildren. After all, they had to demonstrate all their best qualities and abilities at the district rally of young rescuer-firefighter clubs.

– I'm afraid I'll let my team down in one of the competitions. I have to give it my all, – shared one of the participants, expressing his anxiety.

6 teams participated in the rally, and each consisted of 8 brave boys and 7 courageous girls.

All teams lined up in front of Fire Rescue Station No. 1 for the grand opening of the rally. The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations unit welcomed the children and school representatives, wished them luck, and conducted an introductory safety briefing.

The teams split up and headed off to complete the competitive events: "Musical," "Connoisseurs," "First Aid," "Drill Inspection," and "Combat Deployment."

The children demonstrated their drill skills in the "Drill Inspection" competition, where, under the guidance of their commander, they practiced various elements of drill training. The team from Secondary School No. 2 named after Hero of the Soviet Union N.V. Troyan proved to be the best in this competition.

The knowledge and skills in providing first aid were assessed by a paramedic from an emergency medical response team.

– It is very gratifying that the children are well-prepared for this competition. I can be sure that if necessary, such smart children will be there to help people, – said Ekaterina Matsulevich. The team from Borkovichi Secondary School won the competition.

Along with other competitions, the children's knowledge was tested. The "Connoisseurs" competition helped determine which team best knows how to act in any emergency situation. This was the team from Secondary School No. 2 named after Hero of the Soviet Union N.V. Troyan.

The creative competition "Musical" turned out to be very interesting. The teams prepared creative performances on the theme "#FOR170years we, the young rescuers of our country, are telling the story," dedicated to the 170th anniversary of the fire service of Belarus. According to the competition jury, the musical from Borkovichi Secondary School was the best.
