Monitoring of the State Social Service Institution "Lunacharsky Psycho-neurological Boarding House for the Elderly and Disabled" was carried out.

On April 14, 2023, an inspector from the supervision and prevention sector of the Verkhnedvinsk District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring at the facility: State Social Service Institution "Lunocharsky Psychoneurological Residential Care Facility for the Elderly and Disabled".

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:

- The possibility of freely opening doors located on evacuation routes from the inside without a key has not been ensured (evacuation route doors from the first floor of the administrative building directly leading outside) – eliminated during the monitoring;

- Smoking areas (smoking area in front of the entrance to the territory and smoking area (gazebo) near the utility building (carpentry workshop)) are not equipped with the necessary number of primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with the norms established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations – eliminated during the monitoring;

- Above the evacuation door from the utility building (carpentry workshop), the "Exit" sign is missing in accordance with the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts – eliminated during the monitoring.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", the heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire safety regulations in their respective organizations.
