The team from Verkhnedvinsk district participated in the XVI Novopolotsk Open City Festival of Formation and Song "Victory Marches", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The team was prepared by the heads of military-patriotic education of educational institutions of the district, Shipilo A.V. and Shipilo A.A. Very soon, the best among the 28 teams will be determined.

Congratulations to the students of the Verkhnedvinsk Gymnasium named after I.A. Makeenko, Pridvinsk-Borovskaya Secondary School and their leaders - Shipilo A.V. and Shipilo A.A. - on their successful performance at the XVI Novopolotsk Open Festival of Formation and Song "Victorious Marches". About 700 participants, including 250 invited as part of teams, were involved in the festival. The competition was held in 3 nominations. All teams were awarded.
As Alexander Shipilo noted, "such festivals not only prepare young men for service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus in the future, but also foster patriotism and respect for state symbols. We are grateful to the organizers for the invitation to the festival. Our team was not inferior to their peers from Polotsk and Vitebsk in terms of training level.
