A career guidance meeting was held between 10th-grade students of the Educational Institution "Kokhanovichi Secondary School of Verkhnedvinsk District" and I.P. Lobyr, the director of the Agricultural Production Cooperative "Kokhanovichi".
The meeting aimed to orient graduates of agricultural classes towards admission to agricultural institutions, including on a targeted training basis.
Ivan Petrovich familiarized the students of the agro-class with the most in-demand professions in the agricultural sector. The head also emphasized the opportunities for obtaining targeted placements from agricultural enterprises on mutually beneficial terms, including supplementary stipends and guaranteed employment after graduation. The students also learned about how and where young specialists work today, their salaries, and what benefits they can expect.
