A career guidance meeting was held at the Verkhnedvinsk Forestry for high school students of the State Educational Institution "Shaiterovskaya Secondary School of the Verkhnedvinsk District".
These events are an important part of our work to help young people choose their future profession.
Head of the Forest Protection Department Sergey Meleshko, Forest Management Engineer Diana Skipor, and Reforestation and Land Reclamation Engineer Svetlana Rodik provided detailed information about their work, as well as the work of a forester and a forest master. They explained why working in the forestry sector is interesting and attractive. Students gained an understanding of the knowledge and skills required for these professions, as well as the educational institutions that train future specialists in this field. All presentations were accompanied by videos and presentation materials, which helped to make the information more visual and memorable for high school students. At the end of the meeting, the students were able to ask questions of interest and receive individual consultations.
