On December 4, the regional inclusive festival "Together to Success", dedicated to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, was held at secondary school No. 46 named after I. Kh. Bagramyan in Vitebsk.

60 children from the Vitebsk region gathered here to participate in an entertainment program, and perhaps, to find friends. Artists from the Verkhnedvinsk District Culture Center were also involved in the preparation and execution of the program. The holiday showed that every child possesses talents! And seeing the happy children's eyes and the kind smiles of their mothers, you understand that everything was done for a reason.
