On September 13, at Secondary School No. 2 in Verkhnedvinsk named after Hero of the Soviet Union N.V. Troyan, the youth festival "Territory of Youth" was held, dedicated to the 22nd anniversary of the NGO "BRSM".

The participants of the event were welcomed by Sevalkina T.V., Deputy Chairperson of the District Executive Committee.
During the festival:
- the results of the third labor semester were summarized,
- the best student team members, the enterprises that hosted them, and the activists of the district organization were recognized,
- the First Secretary and Andreeva N.F., Head of the Ideological Work and Youth Affairs Department of the District Executive Committee, delivered reports on the results of the district organization's work and the 30th anniversary of the institute of presidency,
- the film "Cultural Code" was shown.
After the solemn part, the work was carried out in three groups: - activists of the district educational institutions participated in an open dialogue with the Chairperson of the District Executive Committee Shilov V.N., - working youth were awaited by the quest game "September 17, 1939. Before and After" at the district historical and local lore museum, - student team members competed in the sports and intellectual game "Zdorovjaki", which included questions on the prevention of bad habits, drug addiction, and cybersecurity.

The district leader Kornyakova V.N. also received congratulations on the birthday of the "BRPO" public association. The First Secretary of the District Committee of the "BRSM" public association Konakh A.A. was recognized with a letter of gratitude from the Chairperson of the District Executive Committee.
