A Conscript Day was held at the military commissariat of the Verkhnedvinsk district.

Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, veteran of combat operations in Afghanistan Yu.S. Venger, Dean of the Verkhnedvinsk district Father Valentin, and chief specialist of the department of ideological work, culture, and youth affairs of the district executive committee I.V. Vasilyeva addressed the young men entering military service with parting words.

Conscripts were handed their summons by the Deputy Military Commissar – Head of the Mobilization Group, Major A.A. Petrov.

Nikolay Korogod prepared a musical gift for the conscripts.
