The rights of a young specialist were protected

Rights of a young specialist protected: the Prosecutor's Office of Verkhnedvinsk district demanded immediate measures to eliminate violations of the legislation on social support for young specialists.

During supervisory activities at one of the agricultural enterprises in the district, employees of the Verkhnedvinsk district Prosecutor's Office identified a violation of the rights of a young specialist

to receive 1000 Belarusian rubles monthly.

Thus, in August 2024, the enterprise concluded a contract
with a young specialist – a veterinarian for 5 years after his graduation from an educational institution.

For reference: According to the decision of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies dated 25.11.2025 No. 135, all organizations are required to pay 1000 Belarusian rubles monthly for three years to young specialists who are graduates of educational institutions in 2020 and subsequent years in the specialties "Veterinary Medicine" and "Zootechnics" and who have concluded
contracts with employers for a term of 5 years.

However, the established monthly payment of 1000 Belarusian rubles was not paid to the veterinarian.

As a result, the Prosecutor's Office of Verkhnedvinsk district issued an order to the agricultural enterprise to take appropriate measures to eliminate the identified violations of the legislation on social support for young specialists.

The requirements of the prosecutor's order have been fully met: the farm specialists have collected the necessary documents, and the young specialist has been assigned monthly payments.
