Crime prevention

The Prosecutor's Office of the Verkhnedvinsk district participated in the meeting of the Council of the Public Law and Order Point (hereinafter referred to as the CPLOP), which took place on January 21, 2026, in the administrative building of the Volynets rural executive committee.

At the CPLOP meeting, a report was heard from the district police inspector on the work done in 2025 to maintain public order and prevent offenses in the territory of the Volynets rural executive committee.

Also, at the CPLOP meeting, 8 citizens residing in the territory of the Volynets rural executive committee were invited and considered. These citizens abuse alcoholic beverages, are absent from work without leave, have arrears for utility services, and have previously been held criminally
and administratively liable.

Preventive conversations were held with the above-mentioned persons, recommendations were given on undergoing treatment for alcohol dependence, and assistance was provided in employment.
