Unscrupulous parents are under constant control of the prosecutor's office of the Verkhnedvinsk district

The issues of protecting the rights of children whose parents improperly fulfill their duties are under constant control of the prosecution authorities of the Verkhnedvinsk district.

For reference. In accordance with paragraph 3 of the Regulation on the procedure for recognizing children as being in a socially dangerous situation and in need

of state protection, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated December 30, 2024 No. 1055, organizations within their competence participate in identifying children in whose families there are criteria and indicators of a socially dangerous situation.

In the course of supervisory activities, the Verkhnedvinsk District Prosecutor's Office established the fact of improper fulfillment of parental duties by a 35-year-old resident of the district center
with respect to her minor son.

Thus, during the monitoring of the social network TikTok, it was established that the user of one of the accounts in this social network is R. Using the account created and administered by her, which is freely accessible for public viewing by other users, R. conducts live broadcasts.

During a live broadcast in January of the current year
on the specified network, R. inflicted psychological violence on
her minor son, born in 2016, including using profanity, insults, and threats of physical force. Also, R.'s behavior during this broadcast showed signs of her being in a state of alcoholic intoxication.

It was established that previously the minor had not been recognized as being in a socially dangerous situation.

As a result, the Verkhnedvinsk District Prosecutor's Office issued a directive to the guardianship and trusteeship authorities, based on the results of which a social investigation was conducted and a decision was made to recognize the presence of criteria and indicators of a socially dangerous situation for the child in this family.

Currently, preventive entities are monitoring the situation in the family.
