During the monitoring of an electronic trading platform, the Prosecutor's Office of the Verkhnedvinsk district identified violations in the sphere of public procurement committed by officials of one of the district's agricultural enterprises.

Thus, during the procurement procedure "request for price proposals," the customer failed to post the entire list of documents required for the specified procurement procedure (invitation, draft contract, and others) on the electronic trading platform.

The Prosecutor of Verkhnedvinsk District issued an order to the director of the agricultural enterprise to eliminate the identified violations of the legislation on public procurement of goods (works, services).

Based on the review of the prosecutor's supervision act, the procurement procedure for an amount exceeding 102 thousand rubles was canceled, and the illegal use of budget funds was prevented.

Issues of rational spending of budget funds and compliance with legislation during the procurement of goods (works, services) are under the constant control of the district prosecutor's office. In the past period of 2025 alone, at the request of the Verkhnedvinsk District Prosecutor's Office, 7 procurement procedures totaling over 390 thousand rubles were canceled.
