The prosecutor of Verkhnedvinsk district has filed a lawsuit in the interests of an agricultural enterprise

The Prosecutor of Verkhnedvinsk District, on behalf of the district agricultural enterprise KUP SHP "D.", filed a lawsuit seeking compensation from an individual performing his work duties for damages caused by his fault due to the death of cattle, in the amount of over 3 thousand rubles.

During the inspection, the district prosecutor's office established that in December 2022, at one of the agricultural enterprise's farms, an employee, while cleaning the stalls, intentionally inflicted various injuries on ten cows with a scraper, resulting in the forced slaughter of two cows.

The livestock breeder of the agricultural enterprise was found guilty of the death of the cattle.

Based on the results of the civil case review, the court granted the prosecutor's claims in full.

The court's decision has entered into legal force.
