Lukashenko to judges: our spirit, foundation, and basis are one – justice
President of Belarus and Chairman of the Supreme State Council of the Union State Alexander Lukashenko urged judges to carry out their activities based on the principle of justice. He stated this at the oath-taking ceremony of judges of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, as reported by a BELTA correspondent.

"I have sworn to myself that, to the best of my abilities and capabilities, I will do everything to ensure justice in society. Remember, I said (and you, as lawyers, will understand me) that we cannot prescribe everything in laws. But we have one spirit, one foundation, and one basis – justice. And this concerns you first and foremost. Be just to our people, to our nation. I wish you happiness, health, long life, and may you act for the good of your country and our people," said the head of state.
