Thanks to your political wisdom and strong will, the Republic of Azerbaijan is confidently increasing its international authority, achieving its set goals," the congratulation reads.
The Head of State emphasized that Belarus attaches particular importance to the relations of strategic partnership with Azerbaijan, as well as to the progressive development of interstate cooperation in various fields. "I value the trusting contacts and mutual support on multilateral platforms, as well as your attention to deepening the Belarusian-Azerbaijani dialogue at all levels," the President stressed. Alexander Lukashenko wished Ilham Aliyev good health, happiness, and new achievements for the benefit of the Azerbaijani people.
