On December 1, during a working visit to Oman, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko held a meeting with the Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tarik Al Said, BELTA reports with reference to the Telegram channel "Pool of the First".
The event took place not in official halls, but at the Sultan's home. "Such a meeting format is truly exceptional. A gesture that in diplomacy speaks of trust, respect, and a special attitude towards a distinguished guest," the authors of the Telegram channel note.
The leaders of Belarus and Oman discussed the implementation of already reached agreements, the roadmap signed in Minsk in October 2025, and new joint projects in industry, logistics, investments, and high technologies.
