President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has embarked on a working visit to the Kyrgyz Republic, where he will participate in a meeting of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, BelTA reports.

At the summit in Bishkek on November 27, the leaders of the countries will summarize the CSTO's activities during the intersessional period and discuss issues of international and regional security. In his speech, Alexander Lukashenko will address pressing issues of ensuring collective security in the Eurasian space and outline areas that require special attention from partners. Among the documents to be adopted are the final declaration of the Collective Security Council, decisions concerning the current activities of the organization, and strengthening cooperation in combating illicit drug trafficking and illegal migration. It is planned that a bilateral meeting between Alexander Lukashenko and President of Russia Vladimir Putin will also take place in Bishkek. After his visit to Kyrgyzstan, the President of Belarus will visit a number of far-abroad countries. The geography of the head of state's extensive trip includes Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. A packed agenda is planned, including high-level negotiations and the signing of international documents.
