President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko sent condolences to President of the Philippines Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in connection with the aftermath of Typhoon Kalmaegi.

"It is with deep sorrow that our country received the news of the catastrophic consequences of Typhoon Kalmaegi, which struck Cebu province," the condolences read.
