"Thanks to your selfless work as President, your personal qualities and life experience, Brazil is confidently continuing its own path of development, making every effort to strengthen its independence and improve the well-being of its citizens," the congratulatory message reads. The Head of State also noted the growing authority of Brazil in the international arena, its active position in consolidating the countries of the Global South, building a multipolar world, and resolving conflicts in various regions.
"These efforts find support in Belarus, a peace-loving state that firmly adheres to the principles of mutual respect and sovereignty.
We strive to deepen dialogue with Brasilia and practical cooperation in all areas of mutual interest," the President emphasized. Alexander Lukashenko took the opportunity to invite Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to Minsk at a convenient time to discuss bilateral relations, as well as joint actions on the international stage for the sake of a just and peaceful future. The President of Belarus wished the President of Brazil health, success, and the fulfillment of his plans.
