Lukashenko submitted a bill to parliament on rule-making activities
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has submitted a bill "On Amendments to Laws on Rule-Making Activities" to parliament. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader. The head of state gave instructions to prepare this bill following a large-scale review of legislation conducted earlier. Work on the document took almost a year. The key innovations of the bill are aimed at ensuring the compactness and quality of legislation.
The direct development was carried out by the National Center of Legislation and Legal Information with the participation of the Presidential Administration, the Council of Ministers, the two chambers of parliament, the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General's Office, and other state bodies. Proposals received from 66 departments, foreign experience, and scientific developments were used.
