President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko approved two draft international treaties concerning the SCO as a basis for negotiations. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The head of state signed the corresponding decrees No. 318 and No. 319 on August 28.
In particular, a draft agreement between the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation member states on the SCO Anti-Drug Centre was approved.
The President also approved a draft agreement on the Universal Centre for Countering Challenges and Threats to the Security of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation member states.
