Amendments have been made to the decree on the current bank account of individuals with basic service conditions

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 313 on August 22, which amends the decree "On the current (settlement) bank account of an individual with basic service conditions." BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The document was signed in order to create effective conditions for observing the restrictions on the amount of funds withheld from citizens' income, established by the legislation on enforcement proceedings.

The decree stipulates that funds will not be debited from basic accounts on a non-disputable basis, except for their debiting by enforcement bodies, bodies of the Social Protection Fund of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, and bodies that provide pension benefits.

Non-disputable debiting of funds from other citizens' accounts (electronic wallets) will remain unchanged.
