In Belarus, the composition of collegial bodies has been updated on a portfolio basis

On August 18, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 309 "On Amendments to the Composition of Collegial Bodies," the press service of the Belarusian leader informed BELTA.

The document updates the composition of the collegial bodies of the Committee of State Control, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Investigative Committee, the State Committee of Forensic Examinations, Belstat, the Higher Attestation Commission, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Military Industrial Committee, the State Border Committee, and the State Customs Committee, as well as other collegial bodies, including the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission, and the Heraldic Council under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

The updated composition is formed primarily on a portfolio basis (without listing individuals), which will minimize changes during personnel reshuffles.
