Lukashenko congratulated the personnel of the 3620th Artillery Arms Depot on a significant anniversary
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the personnel and veterans of the 3620th Artillery Arms Base on the 80th anniversary of the formation of the military unit. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The head of state noted that the history of the military unit began in May 1945, and since then, the personnel have carefully preserved, multiplied, and passed on to the youth the glorious traditions of the generation of victors laid down by the veterans.
"Every day, the military personnel and civilian staff of the base perform a large volume of work on the repair and modernization of missile and artillery weapons, military and special equipment. The arms museum and the book of memory you created, timed to the 100th anniversary of the missile and artillery arms service, are vivid examples of patriotic education, motivating young men and women to choose professions related to the defense of the Motherland. I am convinced that by constantly improving their skills, the personnel will continue to effectively solve the most complex and responsible tasks in the interests of strengthening the country's defense capability," the congratulation reads.
Alexander Lukashenko wished the military personnel and their families good health, happiness, well-being, peaceful skies, and new successes in their service for the benefit of Belarus.
