Belarus and Zimbabwe have agreed to establish a commission at the level of heads of state. This was stated by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko following talks in Minsk with his Zimbabwean counterpart Emmerson Mnangagwa, as reported by a BELTA correspondent.

"We have agreed to establish a commission at the level of heads of state. It will become a high-level strategic mechanism for coordinating the work of already existing joint commissions and committees," said the Belarusian leader.

According to him, a draft agreement to this effect will be prepared for his return visit to Zimbabwe.
