"Perfect technology!" Lukashenko planted the first tree in the Park of People's Unity
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko planted the first tree in the People's Unity Park, BelTA correspondent reports.
During the republican subbotnik, the President visited the construction site of the National Historical Museum and the People's Unity Park in Minsk. Alexander Lukashenko, together with student brigades, will plant an alley of 80 trees, symbolizing the 80 anniversary years that have passed since the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The first tree at the site of the People's Unity Park was personally planted by the President. He also held a master class on tree planting. Alexander Lukashenko noted that people working with him know how to do everything: plant trees, mow grass, chop firewood.
