Lukashenko stated his readiness to deepen political dialogue and cooperation with Tunisia
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated President of Tunisia Kais Saied on the national holiday – Independence Day. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"The Republic of Belarus views your country as an important partner in North Africa and is ready to deepen political dialogue and cooperation in the trade, economic, and humanitarian spheres. Minsk and Tunis are interested in building a just multipolar world based on the principles of unwavering respect and equality. In this regard, I emphasize the importance of mutual support within the UN, the Non-Aligned Movement, and BRICS platforms," the congratulatory message reads.
The Head of State expressed confidence that the friendly relations between the peoples of both countries will continue to strengthen, contributing to the intensification of the entire spectrum of bilateral contacts.
Alexander Lukashenko wished Kais Saied and his loved ones good health, happiness, and well-being, and the people of Tunisia – peace and prosperity.
