National scientific schools will continue to be developed in Belarus. This was stated by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on January 31 at the ceremony of awarding Doctor of Science diplomas and Professor certificates to scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, according to a BELTA correspondent.
"Just a week ago, when awarding the Quality Mark to the best Belarusian enterprises, I spoke about the fact that the most important pillars of a sovereign state include traditions. Those that life itself has formed and which have taken root in public consciousness. Our meeting today is related to such traditions, when at the end of January we gather on the occasion of Science Day to honor new Doctors of Science and Professors," Alexander Lukashenko noted.
