Lukashenko and Putin held a phone conversation
The Presidents of Belarus and Russia held a telephone conversation today. This was reported to BelTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin exchanged congratulations on the great holiday of the Epiphany. The President of Russia asked to convey his best wishes to the Belarusian people and congratulate all Orthodox Belarusians.
They also discussed current working issues of bilateral interaction. The intensity of Belarusian-Russian cooperation in all areas, as the leaders emphasized, must be maintained.
The heads of state also agreed on further contacts.
