Lukashenko: at least five new technology parks will appear in Minsk over the next five-year period
At least five new technology parks will appear in Minsk over the next five-year period. This was stated by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko during his visit to the Minsk City Technopark, BELTA correspondent reports.
"We needed to see our own creation (Minsk City Technopark, which was established on the unused territories of the motorcycle and bicycle plant. - BELTA note). Now we are planning - the city executive committee will create approximately five technology parks within the territory of Minsk. Gradually, we will create similar technology parks, larger and smaller ones. At the Horizont plant, as we used to call it, we will develop corresponding high-tech production facilities. There will be less iron and more brains there," the President said.
