Lukashenko in the UAE confirmed interest in cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, at a meeting with UAE Minister of Investment and ADQ Investment Fund CEO Mohammed Hassan Alsuwaidi, confirmed readiness to develop cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence, BelTA correspondent reports.
"The topic of my interest is artificial intelligence and its development. Specifically, development. Not the beginning. This is important for us, as it is for the whole world. And I am very grateful to you for readily agreeing to share your knowledge and experience in the development of artificial intelligence by your ministry and the experience of specialists working on this issue," said the head of state.
Alexander Lukashenko recalled that in previous years, during his visits to the Emirates, he had various meetings and presentations on high technologies. "We talked a lot in general terms about artificial intelligence. About how this, damn it, artificial intelligence will soon take over the whole world. And I personally treated this with a little skepticism. It turned out that your specialists were right," noted the head of state.
"I am absolutely confident that today's meeting will conclude with a good, some kind of positive initiative for the economy, for the people of Belarus," said Alexander Lukashenko.
