Lukashenko at a meeting with Bastrykin: we will act together, no matter how they try to pull us in different directions
Agencies of Belarus and Russia, including investigative bodies, will act together. This was stated by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin, BELTA correspondent reports.
"Training of specialists, as we always do. Exchange of experience, support in the international arena for both our initiatives and joint actions. You can always count on us. We will act together, no matter what they say here, no matter how they try to pull us in different directions. Although this is less relevant to the heads of the Investigative Committees of both countries, and indeed to the agencies in general. This concerns politicians more, but nevertheless, nothing is outside of politics today. Including our agencies cannot be outside of politics. Sometimes in the thick of politics. You get the brunt of it. We get a little less. It seems calmer now. But this is relative calm. Therefore, you can be absolutely sure that you have reliable friends here," said Alexander Lukashenko.
