To be or not to be. Lukashenko instructed to decide on the future of the Belarusian Oil Company

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, making personnel decisions on December 2, instructed to determine the future of the Belarusian Oil Company, BELTA correspondent reports.

The Head of State, while approving the candidacy of the General Director of CJSC "Belarusian Oil Company," emphasized that professionals in their field work in this structure - about 80 people. But at the moment, according to the President, they are not sufficiently utilized. "They, it seems to me, are underutilized in this company. It's a pity for these specialists. I know that there are very good specialists there," he said.

"We need to make a strong decision about the Belarusian Oil Company. It must be fully utilized," the Head of State set the task. "If not, then these specialists should work in their field throughout the country." Addressing Marat Maletsky, whose candidacy the President approved for the position of General Director of the Belarusian Oil Company, Alexander Lukashenko instructed: "You, together with the government and Dmitry Nikolaevich (Krutoy, Head of the Presidential Administration. - BELTA note), need to make a clear decision - to be or not to be this company. And in order to be, there must be a certain scope of work. I think you will decide."
