The President congratulated the staff of the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine on its 100th anniversary
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the staff of the Vitebsk Order of the Badge of Honour State Academy of Veterinary Medicine on the 100th anniversary of the establishment of this educational institution. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The Head of State noted: "A whole century of the university's history is a vivid and fascinating chronicle of the rich and interesting student life of more than 40,000 specialists in veterinary medicine and animal husbandry. Among your graduates are renowned scientists, heads of agricultural enterprises and regions."
Alexander Lukashenko pointed out that the academy's contribution to the development of veterinary science is significant. "Innovative developments of your reputable scientific schools contribute to the effective development of animal husbandry and ensuring the country's food security," the President emphasized. "I am convinced that the accumulated century of pedagogical experience, knowledge, and enormous creative potential will allow the staff to continue achieving high results."
The Head of State wished everyone good health, inexhaustible energy, and new achievements for the benefit of their native Belarus.
