Lukashenko approved the draft protocol on amendments to the CIS agreement on interstate search for persons

On October 7, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 391, which approved as a basis for negotiations the draft protocol on amendments to the Agreement of the States Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States on Interstate Search for Persons dated December 10, 2010. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has been authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft protocol.
