President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko held a meeting with Minister of Public Security of Vietnam To Lam on September 9, BELTA correspondent reports.

"Regarding the development of international relations, Vietnam and we have similar views: we are for a multipolar world. Whether we want it or not, a multipolar world will come into being. In this regard, in a rapidly changing, very complex, ambiguous world, security issues come to the forefront. I very much hope that your visit to Belarus will contribute to strengthening our relations in the security sphere as well," the head of state said.
