Lukashenko congratulated Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II on his birthday

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II on his birthday. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

"Your educational work and activities to protect traditional Christian values unite people, strengthening love for the Fatherland in their hearts," the congratulatory message reads. "You have earned well-deserved authority in church, political, and public circles not only in Armenia but also abroad."

The Head of State emphasized that Karekin II's inherent aspiration to defend truth and preserve moral foundations contributes to maintaining national unity and harmony, and to the comprehensive development of Belarusian-Armenian dialogue.

The President wished the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians good health and God's help in his high service for the benefit of the Armenian people.
