Lukashenko: Belarus counts on the implementation of mutually beneficial projects with Egypt in various fields

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated President of Egypt Abdel Fattah el-Sisi on the national holiday – Revolution Day. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

Belarus highly appreciates Egypt's efforts aimed at maintaining peace and stability in the Middle East and Africa, the head of state noted. "Egypt makes a significant contribution to the implementation of sustainable development projects, ensuring regional food and energy security," the congratulatory message reads.

The President expressed confidence that further joint activities of the governments of the two countries will allow transforming the existing potential into the implementation of mutually beneficial projects in the fields of industrial cooperation, agriculture, scientific, technical, and cultural cooperation.

The head of state confirmed his invitation to the President of Egypt to visit Belarus on an official visit at a time convenient for him to continue the fruitful dialogue and discuss promising areas of interaction.

Alexander Lukashenko wished Abdel Fattah el-Sisi excellent health, success, and well-being, and the Egyptian people – prosperity and progress.
